This lovely Victorian building, with steeply pitched gables and tall chimneys, has recently been extensively restored to provide comfortable accommodation for up to four couples. Outside are gardens, magnificent parkland, a splendid Victorian mansion with outbuildings, yards and stables, a working farm, a vast lake and mile upon mile of wonderful woodland walks.

Directions: From Sligo take the N4 towards Dublin, turning right onto the N17 at Collooney. Five miles later, just south of Ballinacarrow village, turn left at the sign for Ballymote. The gates are straight ahead after a mile.
